Thirteen walkers met at the Black Horse Inn at Donington on Bain. Rain poured from the sky as they started the 5-mile circular walk. Although wet, the walkers enjoyed the company of each other and the time passed very quickly.
Upon returning to the Inn a further eleven Rotarians and partners met up with the walkers making a total of 24. A large table accommodated the group and a splendid meal was served. The day was declared a success and further walks were planned for the future.
