Turner's Tours(an evening meeting)

Fifth Wednesday, a talk by Ann Turner


The fifth Wednesday (evening) meeting was held at the Waltham Golf Club. The meal had a French theme because the talk was French holidays . The subject was based on Turner's French holidays at many gites throughout  France over 30 years.

Ann records the gite,location and countryside by doing water colours.The talk was illustrated with slides of  a selection from her water colours .Ann took her files and some larger paintings for the memebers to look at.

The club was given a quick tour of France and its many varied parts.it was most enjoyable.
