  CHARTER NIGHT.

 

The 82nd Anniversary Charter Dinner was held on Wednesday 13th March at the Humber Royal Hotel. President Mike and his wife welcomed Rotarians their partners and guests as they arrived at the hotel.

 

President  Mike informed us in his speech that 82 is not a prime or perfect number but is a natural and happy number.Also (at the atomic level )it represents the most stable form for the electron shield.

 

John Tuke,(Sergeant at Arms) introduced the visiting clubs to the President.

President Mike welcomed the visiting Rotarians. In his speech he went on to say that so far in his year (by charity events)the club had rasied over
