A report on the District Quiz night. Second round.
06.13.13 DISTRICT QUIZ.
The second round of the District Quiz was held on Tuesday night (5th March) and the host was the Cleethorpes Rotary Club.
The clubs participating in the second round were Grimsby St James,Alford and Mablethorpe,Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Lincoln Colonia should have been there but sent their apologies.
Our team members were Ian Birrell.John Clark.Michael Bull and Martyn Turner.
At the end of th first round the Grimsby Rotary Club team was in the lead and they managed to keep up this standard and by the end the results were
Cleethorpes,Alford and Mablethorpe Clubs 39,
Grimsby St James Club 41
Grimsby Club 47.
We are now through to the final round. Location not known at the moment.
