A report on a return to the garden.

18.07.12 CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE. GARDEN

For a number of years Rotary Club of Grimsby have been looking after the garden at the Child Development Centre at Grimsby Hosptial.

Having planted a willow tunnel for the children a few years ago they discovered that willow grows rather quickly! This has demanded regular visits back to the garden to ensure that it still accessible.Regular pruning keeps it in good order.

Recently a group or Rotarians visited the garden to ensure that it remains in good  condition and suitable for children to use.Despite the wet weather they spent an enjoyable morning tending to the garden.

They hope to return again in September to keep it in good trim.

My thanks to John Clarke for the report and photos.
