ANNUAL CAROL SERVICE.
This year the annual carol service was held at the Waltham Parish Church and President Nigel had arranged the traditional five lessons and carols.
At the begining of the evening the Choir entered the church singing a hymn and took their places in the choir stalls. Lessons were read by the immediate past president and by the president elect and junior vice president. The choir also sang several pieces.Nigel read a poem by J Betjeman.
At the end of the service we went to the parish church hall for mince pies and a glass of wine. President Nigel thanked us for attending and wished us all a Merry Christmas.
