Being a member of the clergy is a 2nd career as previously was Business Marketing
Andrew was born in South Africa but his father had to move the family to Botswana when he was young due to Apartheid and finally moved to the UK
Andrew spoke of the Culture change in religion and how he wanted to raise the profile of the minster and try and engage with the public. He stated that the church needs to be clever incorporating different ways to raise funds and used the Helios display as an example of ways to encourage people to attend the minster
