Dronfield Community Lottery

The Dronfield Community Lottery will be seven years old in September 2023

This lottery supports the Rotary Club of Dronfield's CharityFunds and since it's launch has distributed £11k in prize money and a similar amount in financial support to organisations and individuals in S18.

Recipients of that support include:

      During the Covid lockdown we have supported our local     FoodBank The Oaks (Restore) Food Bank. Through R4FB (Rotary for FoodBanks we have donated over £6.000 to support local people.

As the cost of living crisis deepens and more families are struggling we have continued to support our Foodbank.

         Making a grant to our Community First    Responders to purchase essential equipment 

          Purchasing a portable suction machine for advanced First Responder use

Helping a local family by providing flooring and a new cooker

• Penny Acres School- new costumes for Christmas concerts
• Coal Aston Adult Learning Centre- computer tablets and photo quality printer
• Dronfield School of Boxing - equipment for a new gym
• Dronfield in Bloom- Plants for Schools, 5 year sponsorship for planting the towns ladles
• Holmesdale Infants School - A Forest Classroom and a Storytellers Chair
• Gorsey Brigg Primary School - Books for a new School and Community Library
• William Levick outdoor classroom
• Grants to individuals
