Social events are a regular activity for friends at Rotary Derby South
We love getting together and enjoying a good social
Supporting each other and enjoying social events is important to us. From our Mickleover base we all enjoy meals and a few drinks on a regular basis, catching up on such things as interesting news and sharing happy recolections of sunny travels and holidays.
We put on our posh frocks and celebrate our Charter (birthday party) each year at a glitzy venue and we’re coming up to our Golden anniversary.
Woodland archery, visits to a brewery, meals at the pub and a canal boat trip are some of the social events we have enjoyed in recent months. However, with Covid putting our social gatherings on hold for now, we are all eager and looking forward to doing all those things again soon.
