Impressionists at Scropton Riding School

A group of impressionists (at least I think they were impressionists by their style of painting) descended on the Riding School for the Disabled at Scropton on a very hot day in mid July.   They spent the morning painting the fence round the outdoor arena, partly to preserve the woodwork, partly to improve the appearance as visitors entered the School.

The result is much appreciated by the School as indicated by a very nice note of thanks from the staff.   Hopefully this will not be the last time that the Club helps the School which is a very worthwhile local charity.
