President David was delighted to welcome Bozena Allen as President elect 22/23 and Vice President Paul McCormick 23/24 onto his team.

What an interesting year that was!

It was time for President John Wood to finally handover to incoming President David Hinxman. John held the post for 2 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic but in his closing address highlighted the fact that in the beginning meetings via Zoom did not look to be viable. Roll on 16 months, we have great attendance at meetings and have even managed to do a virtual handover via Zoom. We had hoped to meet in person but due to ongoing restrictions, our first face-to-face meeting is now scheduled for 5th August.

John thanked the club for their support and he and incoming President David reiterated how well we have done to come out of restrictions a strong and thriving Rotary club with a great vision for the future.
