Thanks to the people who volunteered to help us with our Christmas Senior Citizens’ Afternoon Tea and Concert.
Thanks also to Tesco and their Community Champion Pip Bennett who have again generously donated mince pies and raffle prizes for the Afternoon Tea.
We are very grateful to Lisa and family of the White Swan Hotel who prepared the food and helped serve it at the Afternoon Tea. Rosalind Johnson and Chrissy Smith also helped serve the teas.
We were entertained after the tea by a young, very talented Barton singer Poppy Frary and the Barton Ukulele Band who sang seasonal songs.
A special thank you to Trinity Methodist Church for allowing us to hold our events in the Lecture Hall.
