Club opens bookings for charity golf day
On Wednesday 8th July we'll be raising money for local causes.
On Wednesday 8th July 2026, Newcastle-under-Lyme Golf Club will host the annual charity golf day of the Rotary Club of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Tee off will be from 12 noon onwards. The format is teams of four playing AM-AM format Stableford scoring.
All proceeds will be distributed by the Rotary Club throughout the year. Charities that have benefited from Rotary donations in previous years include
- Alice Charity
- Aspire Housing
- Gingerbread Centre
- Kids in Mind
- Newcastle Food Banks
The club has also supported local schools including Blackfriars Academy, Silverdale Primary School and St Luke’s.
Organiser, Jean-Louis, said “This is a great opportunity to play a round of golf with friends or colleagues, in the knowledge that local charities will benefit. The competitions make it even more fun!”
The cost will be £40 for members of the Newcastle-under-Lyme Golf Club and £80 for non-members. This includes bacon baps and coffee on arrival, with a two-course meal following play.
