Kew London Dry Gin 70cl 42%

East London Liquor Company has teamed up with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew to create a wonderfully fresh and fragrant gin! The expressions feature a selection of botanicals sourced from the gardens themselves, and it packs an awesome flavour profile with top notes of Douglas fir, zesty citrus and aromatic lavender. ELLC and Kew are raising a glass to the plants and pollinators of the world, without which we wouldn’t have the botanicals that make this special collab gin oh so special.
Enjoy with a good splash of tonic and a wedge of orange, or give it a go in a Negroni.

Dingle Irish Gin 70cl (42.5%)

Dingle Gin attended the World Gin Awards 2019, where industry experts shortlisted the best gins from 400 entrants from 20 countries. Dingle Gin received the award for World’s Best London Dry Gin and the overall award for World’s Best Gin 2019

It’s a formula unknown elsewhere and is calculated, amongst other things, to create the sense of place and provenance. The spirit is collected at 70% abv and then cut to 42.5% abv using the purest of water drawn from the well, 240 feet below the distillery

Tarquin's The Cornish Sunshine Blood Orange Gin

This scrumptious fruit-flavoured gin is infused with blood orange, summer fruits and aromatic gentian root for distinct herbal notes. It makes absolutely delicious cocktails and spritzers. 38%

Blackmoor Spiced Rum 42%

Our Blackmoor white Rum is one of few rums made from scratch in the UK. Made in our distillery on Exmoor the rum is produced with a modern take on traditional methods. We ferment the highest grade molasses in our purpose built fermentation tank and then distil the fermented molasses using a combination of pot and column distillation techniques to create a high quality spirit. Named after the Western gateway to Exmoor, our Blackmoor Spiced Rum is hand crafted in house. Using our white rum as the base we infuse the spirit with carefully selected spices that work in harmony to produce a smooth rum with plenty of flavour that can be drunk alone, with ice or with a suitable mixer. Looking as good as it tastes, the spices make for a golden hue.

Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva 40%

A snazzy looking rum all the way from Venezuela, Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva is a molasses based rum that is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in whiskey barrels. Top stuff for sipping neat or over ice, but also a very good bottle to gave on hand when rum cocktails are on the menu. This fab rum was awarded a Gold Medal at the International Sugar Cane Spirits Tasting Competition in Ybor City.

Ron La Progresiva Mezcla 13  41%

A terrific Cuban rum here from the Ron La Progresiva range! It was created to be a sipping rum, and it most certainly lives up to that moniker, though we're certain it will make for a phenomenal rum-based twist on an Old Fashioned.   Seville marmalade, salty popcorn, layers of caramel and chocolate, vegetal oak and allspice.

Angostura 7-Year-Old Caribbean Rum 40%

A rich toffee and banana-scented molasses-based rum from Trinidad and Tobago's famous Angostura distillery. Aged in ex-bourbon American-oak barrels for a minimum of seven years this is a great rum for cocktails or simply sipping. Nose: Offers golden syrup and black treacle. Some cocoa, spices. Bourbon smoke, char, vanilla. Palate: Dark chocolate, burnt sugar. Tiramisu. Creamy. Finish: Crème brûlée and custard, a little cocoa and coffee, a hint of tar.
