Out Meeting - Nordic Walking

A session of Nordic walking on the Quantocks. Meet at Crowcombe Park
Gate for a 6pm start. The session with qualified instructor Hilary Coles
will last around 1 hour with a walk around the scenic hills using
poles. This type of walking is designed to use upper body propulsion to
aid walking and speed. Nordic poles will be provided. This is a
fantastic chance to learn a new technique which can aid walkers of all
ages and fitness, all set in beautiful countryside and is great fun.
Afterwards we will call in at The Farmers Arms, Combe Florey for a delicious Shepherds Pie and some great hospitality.
Walk starts at 6pm and food will be from 7.30pm.
Cost - Nordic Walking £7, Food £13. Total £20.
