Three quarters of the way through the Rotary year and the outgoing President Malcolm French handed-over to the incoming President Tony Williams, the fourth and final President of four for this year..
Incoming Pres Tony thanked Immediate Past President (IPP) Malcolm for his good work as President He said he was looking forward to his term of office and would do his best to make sure that the period between now and the year-end will be fun.
