Talk by Chris Pike, Chair of Trustees, Bridport Arts Centre

President Malcolm welcomed Chris Pike, Chair of Trustees - Bridport Arts Centre (BAC) Bridport Arts Centre Trustees - Bridport Arts to our meeting.

Chris gave an overview of the history of BAC, in-depth figures relating to visitor numbers, events and the impact BAC has on the local economy and the opportunities provided for various youth groups. He noted that they are always looking for investment, particularly supporting ‘Young Creatives’.

And there is, of course, F.east - Café at Bridport Arts Centre - Bridport Arts which provides a selection of fresh, homemade cakes, all made in-house, and lunches in pleasant surroundings.

Chris finished by telling members the 2026 Exhibition will be ‘Punk Bridport’
