Supporting Rainbow Hub
Rainbow Hub is a charity based in Mawdesley, Lancashire that provides therapeutic and educational srvices to children and young people with physical disabilities as a result of a neurological condition or brain injury. The Charity aims to improve the physical, social and emotional well being of children with complex needs, as well as reducing the stress and isolation in their families.
The Club is really pleased to be able to help with these aims by providing funding for families with children attending the Hub to have some fun time. This funding allowed 29 families to have a fun filled day at Blackpool Zoo whilst a further 8 families went off to have fun at the Ark Education Barn in Clitheroe. A chance for families to get out as a family is really important, especially for any siblings for them to have some fun, and the Club is really pleased that we can help provide this quality family time.
