Warm Winter Coats Project : Wrap Up 2025
Again the Club is takinng the lead on running the Wrap Up Campaign in Central Lancashire.
We will start collecting Warm Winter Coats on Monday 29th September until Sunday 26th October and we are looking to beating or at least equalling last year's total of over 2,000 coats collected. So again we are asking you to clear out your wardrobes. All the coats collected will be passed on to local charities to arrange their free distribution to those in need, paricularly the homeless. To emphasise how needed this project is, previously all the charties had distributed their first delivery of coats by the time we delivered a second.
We rely on the continuing support of local supermarkets, businesses and schools who act as donation points, and for the support of our neighbouring Rotary Clubs. Again many thanks to those who will be donating coats to support those in need over the coming winter.
