Lee Birkhill – the Garden Ninja. Lee has been a presenter on Garden Rescue since 2020. Before that he had a career in IT. He will be sharing tips, tricks and ideas for budding gardeners and our work in community green spaces
Alastair Richards – CEO NW Cancer Research. Alastair is passionate about advancing the fight against Cancer. His priority is research, information and education to make our region healthier. He will tell us about an amazing new break through in the quest for solutions to cancer diagnosis.
Rebecca Batstone – Growing Well. Rebecca is the Partnerships Manager for this developing organization that supports people with mental health wellbeing through growing activities in 4 different locations in our District. Rotary support the Kendal Garden – more opportunities now await!
Eden Project – Morecambe. Morecambe will shortly host the second Eden project. Conference will hear firsthand about the latest concepts and developments from a local project team member.

Rotary Lytham hosted the Fylde and Were section of the area1190 Technology Tournament with 33 teams across 9 schools participating.
moreRotary Lytham raises awareness of the battle to eradicate polio worldwide. Information leaflets and bags of crocuses were handed out to members of the public.
moreRotary Lytham raised funds and packed 50000 meals with help from St Bedes Catholic High school and many volunteers locally and Rotarians from the district. The vital meals will feed school children in Burkina Faso which encourages their learning.
moreLytham Rotary selected as Charity partners at Lytham Festival on June 30th 2023. Supported by Keiser Cheifs, Blondie and Sting!!! Thank you everyone that supported us, over £3500 raised for local good causes.
moreRotary Lytham members attended Rotafest in Cumbria in May to meet with other club members in district 1190, exchanging ideas and promoting our activities and partnerships with pan-Lancashire anti-slavery initiative, Ribble Rivers Trust and much more
