The jewel in the South Fylde’s crown, Lytham Hall, was host to a glittering weekend of steam and family fun in September.
Organisers, Rotary Lytham in collaboration with the Hall, held their second annual Steam Rally attended by over 3000 taking their total for the Hall Restoration Fund and Rotary charities to over £20,000 for the past two years.
Large and small engines, including a 200-year-old carousel, were on show together with vintage cars, vans and machinery.
Children revelled in the various rides, fun events and the Rotary treasure hunt.
The hall was host to a variety of craft stalls and the grounds home to trade stands and charities for the weekend.
On Saturday night local talent entertained visitors in the marque, where during the day the Wigan Ukelele Band kept up the tempo.
Three local families were treated to a VIP weekend thanks to Rotary Lytham, with free entry and afternoon tea courtesy of the Hall’s chef and management.
