PROJECT TRUST
On 7th March the speaker was Clara Standing, a student at QES school in Kirkby Lonsdale. Clara told members about her planned visit to Myanmar (formerly Burma in S.E. Asia) where she plans to spend a gap year teaching English. This is one of many opportunities offered to young people by Project Trust.Following a week of intensive assessment in Scotland, Clara was very pleased to be offered this opportunity. She is now busy raising funds for the trip later this year which she hopes will be a great experience for herself and also one she will be able to share with other people.
