Two pupils of a local school were sponsored for a four day course at Castle Head Field Centre under the Rypen programme.
They came and talked to us about their experiences. They were separate groups and it was obvious that over the short stay they gained friends and confidence. They each told us of their favourite part of their stay from walking in streams to spending a night camping. They were most enthusiastic about the construction of a raft from materials that they were given.
They found the whole experience exciting, and one which they would love to repeat. They both felt that they had gained from their stay and thanked Rotary for the opportunity.
