Glenys Marriott spoke to the club as a representative of the charity Headway. This deserving charity provides support for people with head injuries (excluding very young children) their families and carers. Head injury can occur without warning and when it does it causes great trauma and anxiety to both the injured person and also the family. Headway can provide access to a wide range of expertise to help deal with the complexities which may occur as the result of a brain injury.
