Rotary Fellowships are international groups that share a common interest. Being part of a fellowship is a great way to make friends around the world, explore a hobby or profession, and generally enhance your Rotary experience.
Examples of Fellowships that have members in Cumbria & Lancashire are The International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians (IFSR) and The Rotary Retro Automobile Fellowship of GB & I (RRAF).
We have a small number of Rotarians in the International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians including a Rotarian from Wigton. The Fellowship exists to foster links between Rotary Clubs, Rotarians and their local Scout Groups as well as for fellowship. Most common interactions are donations from clubs to their local Scout Groups and help with logistics such as stewarding car parking at events. They also encourage young people in Scouting to interact with various Rotary projects. At a previous County Scout Camp each Scout Group was asked to fill and bring a Shoe Box and various Scout Groups have raised funds in the past for Shelter Box and Aqua Box. Scout Groups have also been involved in planting crocuses and trees supplied by Rotary Clubs.
The Rotary Retro Automobile Fellowship of GB & I (RRAF) is the UK and Irish chapter of the International Antique, Classic and Historic Automobile World Fellowship of Rotarians. Their members include Rotarians from Appleby and Upper Eden Rotary Clubs.

In 2024 the RRAFs annual tour was held in Normandy, based near Pont L’Eveque. Around 90 competitors in 45 teams from six countries — UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Italy — took part. Visits en route included Pegasus Bridge and the beautiful Chateau de Champs de Bataille.
