The Rorary Charity is Foundation, and this is the central charity for Rotary International, with sub-sections in all parts of the world.
Although we contribute to the central fund, we also receive back funding for local projects, organised by individual, or groups of clubs, that satisfy the criteria.
This element of Rotary can be seen to assist in all areas of the worldwhere there is a need, and the funds so provided ar ALWAYS managed by local Rotarians, thus maximising the benefit to the cause.
