David Quainton was awarded Paul Harris fellowship at the Club's recent Christmas lunch

At Christmas lunch attended by 35 members and friends, David Quainton was awarded Paul Harris Fellowship by the Club.
When making the award President Peter Baker referred to David's distinguished record of service to the Club and the community.

David joined in 2010 and served as President in 2014. Since 2017 he has served as Secretary of the Club and has helped to keep the Club together during and after the difficult  Covid years.

He has been the driving force behind the annual Christmas programme of fund raising and events.

We usually meet • 1st and 3rd Thursday in the month, lunchtimes at The Skiddaw Hotel (12 for 12.30 pm). • 2nd and 4th Thursday in the month, evenings at Keswick Rugby Club (6 for 6.30 pm). • The 5th week in a month is reserved for a Social Event
