A Bear called Holly helps out
Holly the bear helped raise around £200 for the Henderson Suite at West Cumberland Hospital.
Having correctly guessed the 'Name of the
Rotary Bear' as Holly, Anne-Marie Frankland was delighted to
welcome Holly into her Kirkgate, Cockermouth family.
Seen congratulating Anne-Marie is the Rotary Club of Cockerouth's
President, Andy Carter. He thanked her and everyone who helped
raise funds for the family room at the Henderson Suite at West
Cumberland Hospital. The Rotary Club also thanks all who
contributed to their recent raffle which raises funds for over 70
senior citizens to enjoy a Christmas Dinner. The dinner is
organised by the Rotarians and AgeUK team.
