International Projects and support overseas
Rotarian Harun Miah, our International lead officer organised a humanitarian project in Sylhet, Bangladesh. C&O Rotary with the help of a foundation grant, supplied wheelchairs, spectacles, and sachels for school children, finance for 'low cost' houses as well as finance for cataract operations for many people of Sylhet.

Our main local environment project is the improvement of Tinker Brook woodland. We also have the Purple Garden project, (Purple 4Polio) set in Rhyddings Park. Plus environmental work with our Rotakids clubs. Regular litter-picks.
