Litter Pickers Extraordinaire
St Luke’s Slyne with Hest
This afternoon 9 Rotakids, and teacher, Mrs Gregory, from St Luke’s Slyne with Hest school took to the streets armed with bags and litter pickers. Carnforth Rotarians, George (President) and Linda (President Elect) went along to help.
The eagle eyed youngsters were soon busy spotting and picking up rubbish. They worked solidly for an hour, returning to school with 5 bags of litter.
An amazing team. Well done all.
