District Quiz Final

There was a real buzz at the Royal Station Hotel in Carnforth on Wednesday afternoon as Garstang and Over wyre took on Carnforth in the final of the District 1190 Quiz.
Garstang won the toss, choosing the set A questions and battle commenced. After 10 gruelling rounds, a total of 80 questions, Carnforth clinched the victory with a final score of 76 to 60.
Thank you to everyone who took part, both teams, Question Master - Anthony, Scorers - George and Kathleen and Time keeper - John. Thanks also to District Governor John and the audience who came along to support us and Royal Station Hotel staff for the room and catering.
