A Garden Party was held at President Ashok's home in order to promote 'Friends of Palatine Rotary Club'. This is a new project Blackpool Palatine are promoting. The idea being to invite people who can't commit to being a Rotarian to assist the club members in fundraising and other service commitments. The party was well received and a number of people have applied to be a 'friend'. On the day over 420 was raised for Rotary charities, A good time was had by all.
