Runner up was Newington Primary School representing the Rotary Club of Annan.
The Penpont team will go forward to the Rotary District 1020 final to be held in Carluke Lifestyle Centre on Saturday 7 June. This year over 210 schools from throughout the Rotary District have taken part in the competition.
The Penpont team were sponsored by the Rotary Club of Thornhill and District. Ed Hunter, responsible for youth programmes organised by the club said I am delighted that the young Penpont team will be representing us in the final. I am sure they will do well at Carluke and we wish them well.
