2011 Under 16 Golf Winners at Thornhill
Sports convenor Alastair Sillars reports that the Thornhill & District Rotary Club Under 16 golfers of 2011 are Daniel Gibson Scratch winner and Ross Whyte Handicap winner.
The close fought games were played at Thornhill Golf Club on June 1st and our Club winners will represent us at the District Finals, this year, also to be held at Thornhill Golf Club on Wednesday 10th August.
Spectators are most welcome and the event always produces some interesting golf when dozens of young golfers from all over District 1020 battle it out for a plethora of prizes.
