Rotarians of Thornhill and District recently welcomed Rotary International District 1020 Governor Allan Maclaughlan to a meeting of the club. In his address to the club, Allan commended the Thornhill Rotarians on the sterling work they had done within their local communities and in supporting relief efforts in countries which have suffered major disasters in recent times. Thornhill Vice-President Frank Williamson said 'We were delighted to welcome Allan to our club. It was pleasing to be reassured that we were a club which is very much in good heart'
