Fish n chip supper in Rhyl RNLI boathouse.

On the evening of Thursday October 2nd, the lifeboat of Rhyl RNLI was moved out of the boathouse, not to go on a rescue mission, but to accommodate a couple of hundred hungry diners. Among the diners were several members of the Rotary Club of Rhyl and their guests. The delicious fish suppers were supplied by local 'chippies' and the volunteer lifeboat crew acted as waiters to serve the food. This was the fourth annual fish supper held in the boathouse, with all funds raised going to Rhyl RNLI. Established in 1852, Rhyl lifeboat station is amongst the busiest in Wales.
