A unique occasion for Rhyl Rotary Club occurred at the meeting in Elwy Hall on 27th June 2023. Our first lady President, Helen, handed over the reins of office to her husband Tony. We think this may possibly be a first for any club in our district. Tony thanked Helen for her year as president and the many accomplishments achieved by her and also set out his ambitions for the club for his forthcoming incumbancy. Rotarian John Dick, who joined us recently, having been a member of The City of St Asaph club for many years, was installed as vice president and Rotarian Gordon Marshall, currently our long serving secetary, was installed as junior vice. Gordon will proudly preside over the club for its 100th. anniversary.
