96th Charter night

The 96th Charter Night of Rhyl Rotary Club was held at Elwy Hall in Rhyl on 29th May 2022. Among the attendees were DG Nick Gidney and his wife, President Gordon Marshall and his wife Joyce, President of Rhyl Inner Wheel, Sharon Webster and guests and Rotarians from several other Rotary Clubs. DG Nick praised the efforts of our club during the past year and outlined the work currently being undertaken by Rotary in Ukraine and the continuation of Polio Plus in the eradication of polio as well as many other projects worldwide. President Gordon gave a resumee of our achievements over the last year. He also thanked the catering staff at Elwy Hall for a delicious meal and for their excellent service. A great night of fellowship and conviviality finished at about 10 o'clock with everyone saying how much they had enjoyed it.
