WANT TO SAVE A LIFE?

Every Second Counts. Learn CPR. Use a Defib. Save a Life.

If you're between 8 or 80 you can perform CPR and use an AED to save the life of someone having a cardiac arrest.

Goal: 1,000 Trained Rescuers in 2026

Help us make our community the safest place to be in the event of a cardiac arrest.

What to do in an Emergency

  1. Shout for Help and check for breathing.
  2. Call 999 immediately.
  3. Start CPR: Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
  4. Use an AED: Switch it on and follow the voice prompts.

Not sure where your nearest defib is? Ask the 999 operator.

In 2026 Rotary will be focused on provision of CPR and AED training in schools, clubs, businesses,  areas of high footfall and high numbers of households.

We recognise that not everyone can get away from their business lives for a face to face practical so we have included on-line training as an alternative
