DENBIGH ROTARY RAISE £1500 FOR UKRAINE

Helping our friends in the Ukraine
Wrth i ni i gyd geisio helpu ein ffrindiau yn yr Wcráin yn ein ffordd bersonol ein hunain, daeth aelodau Clwb Rotary Dinbych ynghyd ar ddydd Sadwrn y 12fed o Mawrth i gynnal diwrnod o gasglu cyfraniadau ariannol ar gyfer yr Wcráin yn archfarchnad Aldi yn Ninbych.
Casglwyd cyfanswm o £760.00 ar y diwrnod, a gafodd ei ddyblu gan y cwmni darllen cardiau symudol "Sumup", felly yn rhoi cyfanswm o £1,520.00 tuag at gronfa y Groes Goch Brydeinig ar gyfer Wcráin.
Mae ein diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb a gyfrannodd ac i reolwyr a staff Aldi yn Ninbych am eu dweithrediad caredig yn y digwyddiad hwn.
As we all try and help our friends in the Ukraine in our own personal way, members of The Rotary Club of Denbigh grouped together on Saturday the 12th of March to man a day of collecting monetary contributions for the Ukraine at the Aldi store at Denbigh.A total of £760.00 was collected on the day, which was match funded by the "Sumup" mobile card reader company, therefore giving a grand total of £1,520.00 towards the British Red Cross fund for Ukraine.
Our grateful thanks go out to all who contributed and to the management and staff of th Aldi store at Denbigh for their kind cooperation in this event.
