Kids Out June 2015

KIDS OUT

David Roberts took on responsibility for the day…for that….many thanks.
Rotarians David R, Dilwyn, Bryn, David F, Hywel & Walter reported a
wonderfully , enjoyable day.
17 children, a dozen staff and 6 Rotarians were treated to a day out at
Greenacres Farm Park, Mancot.
All the children had special ‘Kids Out’ baseball hats, and treats included a
ride on a tractor and a visit to the animal petting zoo.
The weather was perfect, not too hot, not too cold.  The concensus was that
it it was an excellent venue. Full marks also to all the staff. Special
thanks also to Kevin for arranging the sandwiches and providing drinks and
snacks.
The Club received a letter of thanks from Sharon Jenkins, asst. head of the
School, as well as a thank you card from the children.
