Carol Wagon Refurbishment

Many thanks to the people, businesses and councils of Formby who have contributed an amazing amount of money to keep the Formby Carol Wagon on the road for a good few years yet.

Formby's Carol Wagon being collected for repair.

If you would like to make a donation towards Rotary's charity fund please click HERE. The majority of the fund is disbursed during the year to needy local charities, whilst a proportion goes to international appeals, for example following a disaster.

more We held a music concert to raise funds for the Rotary Ukraine fund in March.

End of the ride !!

Sponsored Tandem Ride

more Two club members, Bill Wright and Val Hignett, successfully completed an 8 hour ride on their tandem, covering some 70 miles, on September 1. This was to raise funds for the refurbishment of Formby's historic carol wagon, raising around £1250.
