Club President Bill Shaw
Welcome to the website for the Bathavon Rotary Club. I am Bill Shaw and have the honour to be President of the Club for Rotary Year 2025-26. I have been involved with this truly inclusive and friendly organisation for some time and was last President in 2011-12. Since returning to Bath in 2005, I have been a trustee for several local charities and enjoy making a real contribution to the community.
The Rotary by-line of “service before self” has particular appeal. I do hope that you can find something of interest on this site and may even consider coming to one of our meetings or becoming a “friend” of the club at no cost in order to receive our monthly magazine and be informed of our charitable activities. The Presidential charity for this year is Dorothy House Hospice.
