The club has purchased and installed defibrillators at Radstock, Chilcompton, Coleford, Kilmersdon and Peasedown and in 2018 made a donation of £500 towards a new defibrillator for Shoscombe to be installed in this old phone-box

We supplied 3 intrepid marshalls to help at the Norton Fayre and the m-Fest music festival held in Gullocks Tyning and the High Street in Midsomer Norton. The weather was glorious and the events were a great success
Details2018 Boules contest and sausage supper at the Vobster Inn
15 members and friends enjoyed a boules contest followed by a sausage and mash supper. The Keynsham and Saltford duo of Ali Moir and Steve Morris pipped Rod and Heather Langridge to win the champagne in the grand final.

Every June Rotary together with KidsOut Charity take 25,000 disadvantaged children on a fun day out. This year our club took 2 coaches of children from Midsomer Norton, Chilcompton and Peasedown to Longleat and they had an incredible time

Maesteg and District Male Voice Choir and Bath Light Operatic Group gave a fantastic concert at the new Writhligton School Theatre on Saturday 9th November. Over 200 members and friends enjoyed the evening which made over £1,700 for charities.

60 members and friends took part in the annual cycle challenge which started in Midsomer Norton and made its way to Longleat via Nunney and Witham Friary. The return ride was via the Mells cycle track to a very successful BBQ at Roy Young's house.
