Mon 8th June 2026 CLUB ASSEMBLY & BUSINESS MEETING
The Cub Assembly and Business Meeting, will follow dinner at Coulsdon Manor Hotel. This will be preceded, by a Council Meeting, commencing at 7:00 pm, in the hotel boardroom.
Mon 11th May 2026 COULSDON MANOR ROTARY CLUB MEETING
Dinner at the hotel, will be followed by a Groups and Business Meeting. A Council Meeting, in the boardroom, will precede dinner, at 7:00pm.
Mon 26th January 2026 COULSDON MANOR ROTARY CLUB GROUP MEETING
Club Members will meet at the bar of Coulsdon Manor Hotel, at 7:30pm. At 8:00pm, we shall proceed to the ballroom, for dinner, which will be followed by our Club Meeting.
Mon 12th January 2026 COUNCIL & GROUPS BUSINESS MEETING
Council Meeting will commence at 7:00pm, in Coulsdon Manor Boardroom. Our Club Members will meet in the hotel bar, at 7:30pm, and proceed to the ballroom, at 8:00pm, for dinner. This will be followed by our Business Meeting and Group Meetings.

Coulsdon Manor Rotary Club host a Christmas Party, for residents of Toldene Court, providing a delicious Christmas tea. Entertainment will be provided by students from St.Johns C of E Primary School, singing a medley of popular carols.

Following our Council Meeting, commencing at 7:00pm, we shall join our Club Members, in the hotel bar, to welcome our Speaker, Lucy Bryce, Editor of CR5 Magazine, before proceeding to the ballroom, for dinner.

We shall meet in Coulsdon Manor’s bar, before proceeding to the ballroom, for dinner. This will be followed by Club Announcements, and Group Meetings, to plan our future activities.

Following our Council Meeting, at 7:00pm, we shall welcome Mario Creatura, in the hotel bar, before proceeding to the ballroom for dinner. This will be followed by a fascinating illustrated Presentation, about life at 10 Downing Street!

A popular annual event, when Members of Coulsdon Manor Rotary Club, together with their wives / partners, treat residents of Toldene Residential Home, to a scrummy cream tea, including home cooked scones and cakes!
