Tree Planting at Lochend Woods

Club members plant trees as part of RIBI's "Plant a Tree for Rotary" initiiative.


On Saturday 10th February 2018, members of the Rotary Club met at the John Muir Stone in Lochend Woods to "plant a tree for Rotary".  Isobel Knox, of the Dunbar Woodland Group, coordinated the efforts of Rotarians to plant 45 trees, a mixed variety of oak, silver birch and rowan, as part of Rotary GB&I's environmental initiative.
