District Quiz first round against Crickhowell RC

but Kim blew ours up first!
An enjoyable evening with AG Chris Thorpe and the quiz teams from Knighton & District and Crickhowell. We meet at the Wheelwright Arms in Erwood and after an tasty dinner we settled down to a Battle Royale. The questions from AG Chris were challenging and the teams were neck and neck all the way to the finish. This led to a tie break and it was just the difference between "Bar" and "Millbar" that clinched it for the "Knights". Congratulations (?) to the Knights team of Norman Thorp, Kim Smith and David Barwick and congratulations (!) to the Crickhowell team of Ralph Thomas, MIke Axford and Paul Taylor....On to the next round against Bryn Mawr.
