Registration to Conference - Friday or Saturday
Registration is open from Friday 3rd November 2017 between 4pm and 6pm and on Saturday between 8.15am and 9am.
Please note that entry to the conference and all events will be through the Lion Suite at Lion Quays. This will be clearly signposted.
You will receive a welcome pack containing the itinerary, pre printed name badges, lanyards, function tickets, promotional leaflets and a programme of the days events from the Registration desk.
If you have registered as a couple with your partner, please note that you will receive ONE Itinerary envelope in the lead delegate’s name. The envelope will contain tickets and a name badge for your partner.
Your name badge can be found inside your Welcome pack and must be worn at all times throughout the weekend. It indicates to the venue staff, Rotary Support Centre Staff and Stewards that you have registered.
De-stress, re-energise or just pamper yourself in the spectacular spa. It’s open between 9am and 7pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please book through the hotel on 01691 684300.
The activities include a 25 metre Grecian pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam-room, sauna, Jacuzzi, snow-cave, relaxation lounges, techno gym and fitness suites.
All events are ticket only. Please bring your tickets with you as we respectfully point out that lack of a ticket may prevent entry.
2 to 4pm - Visit the Ironworks, it’s only 5 minutes away by car
7 for 7.30pm - The magnificent ‘Allo Allo’ team are the evening entertainment. There will be a buffet meal interspersed with the amusing antics from our highly sought after act.
Dress code - please join in the merriment, by dressing with a touch of France

Conference starts at 9am until 5pm– A full day of presentations, inspiring talks and Rotary Leaders.
7.30pm to 12 midnight - Gatsby themed, Gala Dinner and Ball
