A wet group of members from Bradford Blaize Rotary
Club braved heavy rain, sleet and even snow to plant nearly 500 trees and bushes
at Cold Well Farm, Wilsden, under the guidance of The Forest of Bradford. This Project has an aim to plant one million trees by 2020.
This is the 5th year that Blaize have helped with the
planting where they not only plant the young trees but also pay for them and for the sheaths needed to protect them. The Clubs Environment Chairman, Alan Morrel has agreed to support
the project into the future. and a further planting of 500 more trees is due to take place in either February or March 2016.
