Grow your own Crocus

Part of the End Polio Now campaign

November 3rd and 4th

We gave special Grow Your Own Crocus packs to primary school children in Browney Academy and Durham High School for Girls. The packs include purple crocus bulbs, compost, plastic pots, growing instructions, fundraising ideas and educational materials tailored to the national curriculum - part of the global Polio Eradication campaign.

To help with awareness of this preventable disease, we also left packs of "wearable" crocuses to raise funds and spread the word.

Enjoy the slide-show above. (I'll update the captions later!)
